Pauline is the new character along with the old ones Peach, DK, Toad and Mario - a classic collection of wind up toys! The new online features include Competitions where Nintendo picks a template and you make a level out of that template. For example, the first was called Sunny Day, where you made a level using only pipes and girders to guide the toys to the goal.
There are new objects, too! They are:
Green Pipes - Lets you touch a shadow of a pipe to make it appear, then touch it again to make it disappear and put it in a different place.
Girders - the same as pink block in the old games, just girders can go in any direction
Pipes - The ones that lead off to a seperate pipe - you can now use them in the construction zone!
Springs - The same as pipes as in you can move them!
Cannons - The best new object, letting you blast the wind up toys in any direction, and you can smash through some walls and enemies!
Angled ledge - Lets you angle the floor, maybe into a slide so you can smash through things!
